I didn't follow all the Draftkings and Fanduel merger type of deal and everything so excuse me of my ignorance, but is Draftkings still accessible to use?  Everytime I try and go to the site I get a forbidden access denied message.  What's the deal here?

Absolutely, DraftKings working fine - I have been rolling baseball every day for last 3 months. The merger fell through, so they are still independent. Draft Kings announced today a bunch of new rules, which will benefit the casual player and many are pumped about that. They opened NFL preseason today and they have $0.10 and $0.50 contests to go along with the usual $1, $3, $4, $5 and up.
