Drop Chris Thompson or not for (1 Viewer)

Kamara and Ellington are probably in similar situations as Thompson. I think you have seen the best of him already as he exploded the first few weeks with TD's. I think he probably gets 3-5 TD's the remainder of the season. That's not bad but it's not any different than I see the backs you mentioned.
I don't have an issue with dropping him for any of the 3 guys listed but I don't know if it is a must do. I would probably do it in the following order:
I guess that is all to say that I would drop him for any of those three depending on your scoring. I have Thompson as #4 out of those guys.

- Powell - if it's a standard league
- Kamara - if it's 1 PPR because I think the Saints are going to start utilizing him more and more
- Ellington - if you believe he maintains the role he has and that DJ doesn't make it back.
I guess that is all to say that I would drop him for any of those three depending on your scoring. I have Thompson as #4 out of those guys.

Wow, that's a tough one
i could see Kamara's role expanding and he has more upside in touches...I think CT will max out at 10-15 touches
Powell is intriguing as I think he will be a two down starter rest if the way...I don't see Forte getting the role back with his toe issues
if you need points now, I'd lean Powell...if you can wait a few weeks for Kamara's role to possibly expand, I'd lean that way...more risk, slightly more reward
