Colts TE Dwayne Allen (hip) has been downgraded from questionable to doubtful for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
Allen didn't practice at all this week after suffering the hip injury in last Sunday's win over the Raiders. He's shaping up as a game-time decision who likely won't suit up. Coby Fleener will handle tight end duties, while Dominique Jones could see some time on offense. This could give OC Pep Hamilton a chance to get T.Y.
