Alabama junior RB Najee Harris rushed for 88 yards and three touchdowns on 17 carries while catching three passes for 51 yards and an additional score in Saturday's 38-7 win over Mississippi State.

Harris (6'2/230) turned in a big effort against LSU last weekend and followed it up with another strong performance on Saturday, scoring three touchdowns in the first quarter (two rushing, one receiving) and one more in the second quarter to bump his season-long touchdown tally up to 15. He has now rushed for 876 yards in 10 games. The junior will have a nice opportunity to pad out these numbers further against Western Carolina next weekend.

Oklahoma State redshirt sophomore RB Chuba Hubbard ran for 122 yards and two touchdowns on 23 carries and caught two passes for 42 yards in a 31-13 win over Kansas on Saturday.

Hubbard (6'1/207) didn't come close to replicating the numbers he put up against TCU, but he put up 223 yards in that contest, and he certainly had another solid game against the Jayhawks before this game got out of hand. He now has 20 rushing touchdowns on the year; more than any other runner in the FBS. Hubbard has emerged as as a star, and star seems like an understatement. The Cowboys move to 7-3, and Hubbard should have a field day against West Virginia next Saturday.

Oklahoma State redshirt junior WR Dillon Stoner brought in five receptions for 150 yards with two touchdowns in a 31-13 rout of Kansas on Saturday.

Stoner has become the go-to option with Tylan Wallace out for the season, and he's handled it with aplomb. It could have been an even bigger game for the 6-foot, 198-pound wideout if the game was close. It wasn't. Stoner has now scored four touchdowns over the last two games after having zero in the previous eight. Don't be surprised if he finds the end zone again next Saturday against West Virginia.

Alabama junior QB Tua Tagovailoa reportedly suffered a fractured right hip during Saturday's win over Mississippi State, according to Senior Bowl executive director Jim Nagy.

It goes without saying that this would qualify as terrible news. Tagovailoa (6'1/218), who was already nursing a high ankle sprain, was injured late in the second quarter and had to be carted off the field. After undergoing X-rays at Davis-Wade Stadium, the junior quarterback was taken to St. Vincent Medical Center in Birmingham via helicopter. If the injury, which Nagy compared to the one that ended Bo Jackson's football career, is as serious as reported Tagovailoa may have played his final game of the 2019 season.

Alabama junior WR Henry Ruggs left Saturday's win over Mississippi State with bruised ribs.

Ruggs (6'0/190) left the 38-7 victory in the second half, walking off the field under his own power. Following the game HC Nick Saban said that the junior wide receiver suffered bruised ribs, and his status for next week's game vs. Western Carolina is undetermined at this time. On the season Ruggs, who caught three passes for 39 yards Saturday, has a receiving stat line of 29-581-6.

Texas Tech senior WR R.J. Turner brought in three passes for 116 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's 33-31 loss to TCU.

Texas Tech lost, but for a senior trying to make a last-minute push for NFL attention, it was a win for Turner. The 6-foot-2, 215-pound senior was a dangerous threat down the field, torching the TCU defense deep on both of his touchdowns. Oddly enough, his two scores on Saturday were his only two of the season to this point. Hopefully for Turner, he's got another two good performances in him to finish out the season.

TCU junior WR Jalen Reagor caught three passes for 83 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 33-31 win over Texas Tech.

Reagor (5'11/195) hasn't had the junior year he was looking for, but he shows up when his QBs do. Reagor's 55-yard grab in this one was the longest gain of any TCU player, run or pass. While he did not put up the numbers teammate Taye Barber did, Reagor's constant threat down the field helped open up for Barber to do his thing elsewhere. Reagor will have a chance to prove himself next week against Oklahoma.

Really impressed with how Iowa QB Nate Stanley throws the ball (arm strength and accuracy). Definitely has an NFL arm. Playing real well against MIN.

Vanderbilt senior RB Ke'Shawn Vaughn rushed for 58 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries in Saturday's 38-14 loss to Kentucky.

Vaughn (5'10/218) scored from five yards out midway through the first quarter. It was a very nice run, one which required him to bounce it outside and run through contact in order to find pay dirt. The Commodores' offense would be able to do little the rest of the way, though. Vaughn has now rushed for 876 yards and seven touchdowns in 10 games this season. It's been a down campaign after the senior went for 1,244 yards rushing last season, but he's essentially screaming into the void with this listless team. Vaughn maintains plenty of mid-round appeal for the spring draft and will be heading to Mobile for the Reese's Senior Bowl in January.

Jalen Hurts threw four touchdown passes in a big comeback and No. 10 Oklahoma kept its playoff hopes alive, beating No. 12 Baylor 34-31 on Saturday night while ending the Bears’ bid for an undefeated season. 
While the Sooners (9-1, 6-1 Big 12, No. 10 CFP) were without standout receiver CeeDee Lamb, Hurts was 30-of-42 passing for 297 yards with all of his TDs coming after Baylor took a 25-point lead early in the second quarter. The quarterback, who had three turnovers, also ran for 114 yards.

Baylor senior WR Denzel Mims caught six passes for 92 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 34-31 loss to Oklahoma.

Mims (6'3/215) appeared to limp off the field following a 21-yard catch and run on the last drive of the game, but it didn't appear to be anything to serious. Prior to that final drive, Mims, as usual, was Baylor's best receiver by a mile and was making Sooners defenders miss left and right whenever he got the ball. No other receiver on Baylor even earned more then 35 yards.

Memphis senior WR Damonte Coxie brought in four passes for 93 yards and two touchdowns in a 45-27 victory over Houston this Saturday.

This season has been a tale of two halves, as Coxie (6'3/197) had a relatively quiet first five weeks of the season posting 21 catches for 301 yards and two touchdowns in that span. However in the last five weeks he has stepped up his production with 27 catches for 466 yards and five touchdowns. With two games remaining Coxie has already matched his seven touchdowns from 2018. He is unlikely to match his 2018 yardage total of 1174 considering he only has 765 yards this season. Coxie will look to set a new career high for touchdown catches next Saturday at South Florida.

Arizona State senior WR Brandon Aiyuk caught 10 passes for 173 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 35-34 loss to Oregon State.

It seems there is no limit as to how high Aiyuk (6'1/198) can boost his draft stock this year. Even in a loss, Aiyuk was able to put up his fourth 100-plus yard game of the year and notch a season-high 10 catches. Nobody else on the team caught more than five passes or 66 yards. Safe to say Aiyuk was quite a standout for the Sun Devils.

Oregon State junior WR Isaiah Hodgins caught six passes for 93 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 35-34 win over Arizona State.

In typical Hodgins fashion, the 6-foot-4, 209-pound receiver showed a little bit of everything on Saturday. He worked the quick game and served as QB Jake Luton's most reliable chain mover, as well as ripped off a 40-yard score. After Oregon State's passing attack fell apart versus Washington last week, it's good to see Hodgins and the crew get back to form.

LSU junior WR Justin Jefferson picked up nine receptions and 112 yards receiving with two touchdowns in a 58-37 win over Ole Miss on Saturday.

Jefferson was the "other" receiver in this one for LSU with Ja'Marr Chase posting a ridiculous 8-223-3 line. We don't think he or LSU is complaining too much. He scored a 12-yard touchdown with 8:27 left in the first half, and his seven-yard score a quarter later gave the Tigers a 41-23 line. Like Chase, Jefferson (6'3/192) goes over the thousand yard mark, and they both have double-digit touchdowns on the season (11 for Jefferson) as well. The stats will continue to accumulate on Saturday against Arkansas.

LSU junior RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire handled 23 carries for 172 yards and a touchdown and caught four passes for 22 yards in a 58-37 win over Ole Miss on Saturday.

Edwards-Helaire (5'8/209) probably hasn't gotten enough credit for his work in 2019, in part because his quarterback (Joe Burrow) has been arguably the best player in college football. He goes over the century mark for the third time in four games, and he's now up to a dozen on the season. Edwards-Helaire is closing in on a thousand-yard season, and he'll likely hit that mark next Saturday against Arkansas.

LSU redshirt senior QB Joe Burrow completed 32-of-42 passes for 489 yards with five touchdowns and two interceptions in a 58-37 victory over Ole Miss on Saturday.

At one point, Burrow (6'4/216) completed 17 passes in a row, which is a school record. The Heisman favorite -- we think so, anyway -- was able to find Ja'Marr Chase for three of his scoring passes, and he also found Justin Jefferson for two. Burrow also showed off his underrated wheels by running for 26 passes, but he also threw two silly interceptions; mistakes we haven't seen him make. Even still, the possible first-overall pick had far more good than bad, and LSU remains undefeated. He and the Tigers take on Arkansas next Saturday.

Washington State redshirt senior WR Easop Winston caught 11 passes for 107 yards and scored twice in a 49-22 blasting of Stanford on Saturday.

Winston (6'0/192) continues to put up big numbers for the Cougars, and the 11-catch effort on Saturday is his third double-digit total of the season. This also ended a scoreless streak for the talented senior, as he hadn't scored since October 12 in the loss to the Sun Devils. Winson now has 68 catches on the year, and he's closing in on a thousand-yard season with 11 touchdowns to boot. He'll assuredly add to those totals next Saturday against Oregon State.

Washington State senior WR Brandon Arconado caught nine passes for 148 yards with a touchdown in a 49-22 blowout of Stanford on Saturday.

While Arconado (6'0/193) didn't lead the Cougars in receptions despite the nine catches -- that'd be Easop Winston -- but he did lead the team in yardage with the 148 yards, and he found the end zone for the sixth time this year. He's on quite the roll in the pass-happy offense, as this is his third-straight game with at least 130 yards receiving, and he's snagged 30 passes in that time frame. Another chance for big totals comes next Saturday against Oregon State.

Washington State redshirt senior QB Anthony Gordon completed 44-of-60 passes for 520 yards with five touchdowns and an interception in a 49-22 blowout win over Stanford on Saturday.

Gordon and the Cougars had absolutely no issue finding room to operate in the passing game against the Cardinal, and the five-touchdown afternoon gives him 39 touchdowns on the season, he found Easop Winston for two of the scores, and Brandon Arconado, Davontavean Martin and Max Borghi were also able to find paydirt from the 6-foot-3, 210-pound senior. The Cougars are a shell of the team they were last year -- and the previous seasons -- but little of that has to do with Gordon. Washington State will take a 5-6 record into Saturday's matchup with Oregon State.

Texas senior WR Devin Duvernay caught nine passes for 107 yards in Saturday's 23-21 loss to Iowa State.

Duvernay's senior season rise continued despite Texas walking away with the loss. For the fourth game in a row, Duvernay (5'11/210) brought in at least eight passes for at least 100 yards. It's clear now that Duvernay will finish with over 1,000 yards for the first time in his career. Tune into Texas' game next week against Baylor to see if Duvernay can keep it up.

Georgia junior QB Jake Fromm completed just 13-of-28 passes for 110 yards with three touchdowns in a 21-14 win over Auburn on Saturday.

For the second straight game, Fromm (6'2/220) was unable to completed more than 50 percent of his passes. Once again, however, it didn't matter, and Fromm was able to pick up the three passing scores to somewhat salvage the day from a statistical point of view. Most of the credit for this victory belongs to the Bulldogs' defense and run game, if we're being honest. Fromm and Georgia have clinched the SEC East, so they'll get at least one postseason game. They'll play their final contest in the conference next Saturday against Texas A&M.

Clemson junior WR Tee Higgins caught four passes for 64 yards and three touchdowns in Saturday's 52-3 win over Wake Forest.

Higgins (6'4/215) and Trevor Lawrence hooked up on a trio of first-half touchdown passes, one in the first quarter and two more in the second quarter as Clemson rolled out to a 31-3 halftime advantage. Both of those second-quarter scores came with under a minute remaining, aided by a Jamie Newman interception which allowed the offense to reload. The wideout had not caught multiple touchdown passes in a game prior to Saturday's sweet performance. He has now scored in three consecutive contests. Higgins will be able to rest up off this big performance while Clemson is on bye next weekend. The Tigers will tango with South Carolina on Nov. 30 to close out the regular-season campaign.

Notre Dame senior WR Chase Claypool caught seven passes for 117 yards and four touchdowns in Saturday's 52-20 win over Navy.

Claypool (6'4/229) was huge in the first half, catching scoring passes of seven and 47 yards in the first quarter before coming through with a three-yard touchdown grab early in the second quarter. He wrapped his monster day via a 20-yard touchdown grab in the third quarter. The senior wideout owns a 49-768-9 receiving line across 10 games played this season. This was his first career four-touchdown showing. Claypool accepted an invitation to the Reese's Senior Bowl earlier in the week as he looks to build his NFL draft stock in the months ahead.

Oregon senior QB Justin Herbert completed 20-of-28 passes for a season-high 333 yards, four touchdowns and one interception in Saturday's 34-6 win over Arizona.

Herbert (6'6/223) helped keep the Ducks on target for the Pac-12 Championship Game and a potential spot in the College Football Playoffs. The Wildcats were able to drop him three times for sack while picking him off once. Still, he was able to throw for three or more touchdowns for the third time in the past four games, and the sixth time this season. The yardage total was his most since he posted 346 yards Sept. 22, 2018 against Stanford. Next up is a trip to Arizona State next Saturday before the Civil War against Oregon State on Nov. 30.

Oregon redshirt senior WR Juwan Johnson registered five receptions for 93 yards and a score in Saturday's 34-6 victory against Arizona.

Johnson (6'4/231) hauled in a 53-yard touchdown early in the second quarter as the Ducks flew out to a 21-0 lead. He has really developed a nice rapport with senior QB Justin Herbert in the past three games, piling up 16 catches for 263 yards and four touchdowns. After dealing with injuries in the first half of the season he has gotten healthy and is showing out as the top option in the receiving game. Next up is a battle with Arizona State before tangling with Oregon State in the Civil War at Autzen on Nov. 30.

USC senior WR Michael Pittman registered 11 receptions for 180 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 41-17 win at California.

Pittman (6'4/220) has been rolling up huge totals week in and week out, jelling rather nicely with freshman QB Kedon Slovis. He has managed four or more receptions in each of his 11 games this season, but his yardage has really picked up lately. He has 146 or more receiving yards in three of the past four outings while totaling four scores during the span. He'll look to wrap the regular season up on a high note against rival UCLA next Saturday.

Illinois State senior RB James Robinson has accepted an invitation to play in the East-West Shrine Bowl.

Robinson (5'10/225) was the focus of some early-season hype with regards to the NFL, with Dan Brugler of The Athletic writing in September that some scouts believed the running back to be the top draft prospect at the FCS level. The senior running back, who rushed for 155 yards in Saturday's win over Missouri State, has ripped off 1,234 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns in 2019. He'll now have the opportunity to show what he can do against other draft prospect, with the hope of hearing his name called during next spring's draft.

Utah State senior WR Siaosi Mariner, caught four passes for 123 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 26-21 win over Wyoming.

Mariner (6'2/195) has now scored a total of five touchdowns in Utah State's last four games, including a two-score effort in the Aggies' November 9 win over Fresno State. For the season the senior wide receiver has a stat line of 49-753-7, leading Utah State in all three statistical categories. Mariner and the Aggies host Boise State next weekend, and his name is one to watch as postseason all-star games send out invitations.

Utah State senior RB Gerold Bright rushed for 56 yards on 17 carries in Saturday's 26-21 win over Wyoming.

Bright (5'10/190) has now gone four straight games without hitting the 100-yard mark, but he did account for 100 total yards. In addition to his work in the running game, the senior caught three passes for 44 yards and a touchdown. Bright is averaging 5.1 yards per carry on the season, rushing for 670 yards and six touchdowns. He'll be a key player next weekend, as Utah State hosts Boise State in a very important Mountain West matchup. The Aggies need to win in order to keep their division title hopes alive.

Utah State redshirt junior QB Jordan Love completed 18-of-29 passes for 282 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in Saturday's 26-21 win over Wyoming.

Love (6'4/225) also rushed for 33 yards on nine carries, making this the fifth game this season in which he's accounted for at least 300 total yards. Unfortunately the 2019 season has been a difficult one for the redshirt sophomore, as he has now thrown 13 touchdown passes and 14 interceptions. By comparison, Love had a touchdown-to-interception ratio of 32:6 in 2018. Yet even with that being the case he and the Aggies are still alive in the Mountain Division race, with division leader Boise State visiting Romney Stadium next weekend.

SMU redshirt senior WR James Proche has accepted an invitation to play in the East-West Shrine Bowl.

Proche (6'0/193) has been outstanding all season long for the Mustangs, catching 88 passes for 1,008 yards and 12 touchdowns. But he's been especially good the last two weeks, catching a total of 27 passes for 316 yards and three touchdowns to help SMU account for the loss of Reggie Roberson (foot). Proche, who was given a seventh round grade by Pro Football Network draft analyst Tony Pauline in July, is underrated nationally to be honest. The Shrine Bowl will give him another opportunity to impress the NFL scouts and decision-makers.

TCU senior RB Darius Anderson has accepted his 2020 Shrine Bowl invitation.

Anderson's been the most stable of TCU's deep RB group over the past few years. While he isn't a particularly speedy or flashy runner, Anderson rocks a thick 5-foot-11, 212-pound build and runs with tremendous balance. His work between the tackles is suited for the NFL and he should be able to carve out a role for himself in the league as a depth RB for years to come. Anderson has carried the ball 136 times for 785 yards and six touchdowns this year.

Dillon (5'11/186) only played in five games this season for the Tigers, racking up 9 catches for 152 yards and two touchdowns in the process. Dillon was buried on the LSU depth chart behind three top-flight WR's in Justin Jefferson, Ja'Marr Chase and Terrace Marshall for most of the season, but got to showcase his skills more in the games when Marshall was out with a broken foot. He's not a player that's on many NFL radars so a strong showing at the Shrine Bowl would really help his draft stock.

I listened to a podcast (in the link I posted in the 2021 Devy thread) where he was down on Ruggs.   He’s had two 100 yard games against crap competition.   Not something he mentioned, just something I noticed.

I listened to a podcast (in the link I posted in the 2021 Devy thread) where he was down on Ruggs.   He’s had two 100 yard games against crap competition.   Not something he mentioned, just something I noticed.

I meant CeeDee Lamb, I corrected it. Ruggs still has the goods so I’ll look for him in the 2nd or 3rd. Bama has too much talent for all of them to be consultant.
