In a half hour Kenny "TH" Pickett live in his pro day as you say on the NFL Network. 2pm EDT.  🖐🏈🖐

UCLA WR Kyle Phillips has high-end quickness scores per Relative Athletic Score.

Phillips (5'11/180) came on strong at the Shrine Bowl, dominating in practices with his route running and quickness in and out of breaks. Those elements also came through on film and they did in testing as well. Phillips isn't the fastest or biggest, but his ability to be quick showed up in testing. He tested in the 98.8 percentile in the 10-yard split at 1.49 seconds, 89.2 percentile in the short shuttle at 4.09 seconds, and 90.5 percentile in the three-cone at 6.75 seconds. He is likely a day-three selection, but will be a valuable asset in the slot for whoever drafts him

Virginia Tech WR Tre Turner will be participating in two pro days on Tuesday.

When you are a draft prospect, getting eyes on you is one of the most important things. That is what Turner (6'2/187) is going to be doing on Tuesday. Early in the afternoon, he will be catching passes from Malik Willis at Liberty's pro day. After that workout is done, he will be driving back to Blacksburg to workout at Virginia Tech's pro day, giving scouts two opportunities to see him. For a player currently slated to go on day three, this is an ideal situation to see his draft stock rise.

Virginia TE Jelani Woods put together a strong performance at Virginia's pro day on Wednesday.

Woods (6'7/259) ran a 4.61 40-yard dash and put up 24 reps on the bench press at the NFL Scouting Combine, but skipped all other athletic tests. On Wednesday at Virginia's pro day, he participated in additional workouts, and posted some elite times relative to the combine's participants. Woods' 4.20 short shuttle would have ranked as the fastest at the combine, while his 37.5 inch vertical also would have led the class. Woods is an athletic tight end who finished his final season at Virginia with a 44-598-8 receiving line. While he may not be regarded as the best tight end of his class, his elite size and athleticism will make him a coveted pick for some team.

Man this real NFL draft and subsequent fantasy draft shaping up to be all kinds of fun!  There’s perceived talent/warts among the rookie class and an NFL landscape that has changed form drastically during off-season.

I know it’s certainly not the most celebrated class, but value is there and I’m of the opinion that there really won’t be a consensus top 5 or 10; the swings in rankings will be wild

Virginia TE Jelani Woods earned a top 30 visit with the Dallas Cowboys.

Woods (6'7"/259) was one of the precious thirty meetings the Cowboys are allowed pre-draft, so there is clear interest in the TE. He was viewed as a third or fourth rounder pre-combine, but after a very strong showing where he ran a 4.61 40 at his size he has been rising up boards. He also did well at the Virginia Pro Day, with his short shuttle and vertical standing out compared to other TEs. His eight TDs for Virginia last season don't hurt either. With Dalton Schultz on the tag, the Cowboys could use a TE for the future, and this is a clear signal of interest in the earlier rounds.

SMU WR Reggie Roberson has solid pro day on Thursday.

After only jumping and participating in jumps and drills at the combine, Roberson (6'0/200) showed out at the SMU pro day. He improved his vertical jump by 2" up to 31.5" and nearly broke 4.40 seconds in the 40-yard dash with a time of 4.42. He was a burner for the Mustangs before tearing his ACL in 2020 and started to return to form as the season went on. Roberson is likely a day three selection that will provide value in the return game.

CBS Sports' Chris Trapasso says he "will not be surprised if/when Iowa State's Charlie Kolar is ultimately the best TE from this class."

Kolar (6'6/252) was a three-year producer at Iowa State, going for 591 or more yards in each of his final three seasons. In 2021, Kolar posted a receiving line of 63-764-6 and averaged 12.1 yards per reception. During Iowa State's pro day, Kolar ran a 4.67 40-yard dash, while posting a 4.35 short shuttle time and a 35.5 inch vertical. Kolar is the 206th ranked player on PFF's 2022 NFL Draft Big Board, and is the 14th ranked TE on their board. Given his athleticism and production, Kolar should have a chance to make an impact at the next level.

Former Miami QB D’Eriq King is drawing interest from NFL teams as a slot receiver with the versatility to play quarterback.

King played as a receiver and quarterback at Houston before transferring to Miami as just a quarterback. During the pre-draft process, he's gaining interest from several teams including the Bills, Cowboys, and Seahawks to come in as a QB/WR hybrid, and could be valuable in running plays in the red zone. He's been invited to the Miami pro day in the upcoming weeks and is currently rehabbing a shoulder injury he suffered midway through the 2021 season. With Houston in 2016 and 2017, he caught 56 passes for 490 yards and three touchdowns, and in 2017 and 2018 threw for 4,242 yards and 43 touchdowns. Grabbing former quarterbacks and turning them into receivers is nothing new in the league, and occasionally they get that chance for a trick play and make a pass. King has a history of both positions and could be a fit for a team wanting to have that option.

Florida State RB Jashaun Corbin will doo all athletic testing at the FSU Pro Day tomorrow.

Corbin (6'0"/215) only did field work at the NFL Combine a month ago, and he'll be doing his athletic testing at the Pro Day. In meeting with teams, Corbin said they've liked his well-roundedness as a player, and his high character in the interviews. Corbin ran for 887 yards on just 143 carries last year, good for 6.2 yards per carry, and scored seven times on the ground. He chipped in 25 receptions for 144 yards and a score as well, hinting at that all-around game that has been impressing scouts.

According to NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah, he was told that Notre Dame S Kyle Hamilton ran in the low 4.7's in the 40-yard dash at his pro day last week.

This is contrary to the reports that Hamilton (6'4/219) ran a 4.56 in the 40-yard dash at the Notre Dame pro day. At the combine, Hamilton ran an official 4.59-second 40-yard dash, but the report from Jeremiah told a different story. Even though Hamilton plays faster than his reported times, running in the 4.7's isn't exactly a great addition to his resume. The Athletic's Dane Bruglerchimed in saying that Hamilton ran 4.70 and 4.74 in his two attempts. Brugler also noted that his teammate Kyren Williams ran slower than his combine time. This will be something to monitor moving forward as his stock could take a hit.

Dane Brugler@dpbrugler

This is true. I was told 4.70 and 4.74 for Kyle Hamilton at the ND pro day.

Replying to @BengalYouTube

I was told he ran in low 4.7's.

Well, one of those two numbers are wrong. I'm starting to think this whole pre draft process has a "something is rotten in Denmark" feel about it. As in, someone/s are gaming the system.
