[Dynasty] 2025 NFL Draft Class (1 Viewer)

Right now, I view it as a 14-man draft in 1QB. Thrilled to add:

RB Jeanry, Hampton, Henderson, Judkins, K johnson, Harvey, Skattebo
WR Hunter, Tet, Egbuka, Burden, Golden
TE Loveland, Warren

Some will be instant contributors. Others will be great bets to matter in the future with capital. I might be a little optimistic on Skattebo, as an early 4th rounder, but he kind of falls into the football players I'm willing to spend a late 1st early 2nd on and lose category. Certainly tiers within this block that I won't dive into, but these are the ones I'm excited to add to my team in April.

A lot to like beyond that. I'm certain there will be multiple Day 3 backs in the hype machine that will be highly coveted. Nice WR options in Round 2, particularly in leagues that can start 4 wideouts. Tre Harris and Bech headlining. Higgins, Noel, Kyle Williams beyond that, and Royals as the 4th round sleeper everyone will be chasing. An array of value TE prospect options in Tyler, Arroyo, Ferguson, Fannin. At a certain point, Ward and Milroe interesting even in 1QB, but largely planning to bypass QB in 1QB and leave them to the superflexers.

Our rookie / free agent draft selects 60 players (5 rounds) in a 1QB. The consensus is that this is a great year for 3rd and 4th rounders in dynasty drafts. I mostly agree. Amazing wealth of Day 3 RB options. Enough WR sleepers to take a flier on. Value TEs that received good capital, and many of the top QBs will find their home here in a 1QB.

Sadly, I don't have any of these picks. However, I'm thinking that the RB field is so deep and relatively flat that there will be some nice spillage into the free agent market with lotto tickets not much more inferior than those getting selected early in round 3. The more attractive prospects and situations will certainly go drafted. But give them the first 6-8 weeks of the season with little or no playing time, and there'll be plenty of attractive mid-season drops of nice RB prospects that never figured to play early in the first place.

Probably a really good year to get trim and identify the cloggers on your roster. See what, if anything, you can get for them. If the answer is nothing, make some real tough decisions about whether you're stubbornly holding on to the veteran or prefer to use the roster spot on the rookie dart throw.
