[Dynasty] 2025 NFL Draft Class (2 Viewers)

Hayden Winks
Time to throw. No RPOs, screens, or unblocked pressures. Just scanning the field without instant chaos.

Milroe: 3.10 seconds & 6.2% scrambles
Dart: 3.23 & 10.4%
Shough: 3.23 & 5.4%
Ward: 3.51 & 6.9%
Sanders: 3.61 & 8.7%

Notes on this to me:
1) Jalen Milroe can scramble more in the pros. Didn't do it enough for how insane he is at it.
2) Jaxson Dart uses his legs a lot more than advertised.
3) Shedeur Sanders holds onto the ball forever and looks to scramble a lot. Can that translate?

I agree with that 1st point a lot. It was like Milroe was coached to not take off, and like, why? Its clearly a huge asset. I thought Alabama really handicapped their offense at times. Its weird to me you have a guy you call so many designed runs for but then don't want to scramble.

It's tough to find a lot of consensus on players in this year's draft. However, almost every team I talk to believes in the top 2 TE's. Warren & Loveland (some prefer on over the other) are consistently viewed as top 10 players in the class.

Clint Micheau
I'd be shocked if they both went top 10.

Daniel Jeremiah
I highly doubt they do. But they are consistently highly graded across the league. Positional value/need will push them down

Jacob Gibbs

Gridiron Grading 2025 Draft Board, also available in spreadsheet format, previous years available here

This one goes all in on its own analysis. Not something to draft from, but it seems useful at highlighting plays who might be over- or under-valued by the consensus. It begins:
1. OT Armand Membou
2. OT Will Campbell
3. iDL Mason Graham
4. RB Ashton Jeanty
5. EDGE Abdul Carter
6. WR Travis Hunter
7. EDGE James Pearce Jr.
8. OT Kelvin Banks Jr.
9. iOL Jared Wilson
10. CB Jahdae Barron

I love everything here.
Almost every team that doesn't draft Leonard in the 7th probably isn't using or evaluating their third string QB properly or has flaws in the sincerity of their draft process.

Made the championship game behind a bad OL with who at WR?
Dramatically corrected technique since CFB season ended.
Learned a playbook how fast?
Offseason bowl game coaches raved about him.
Learns protections from Ivy league centers
Perfect blend of humble and confident and "we're in this together."

Don't tell me your third string QB's presence keeps this kid from being on your roster.

****

So "he's rising up draft boards"...yeah I don't know about that. Maybe.
So let's do the same as above about a team's backup QB.
Do they learn and show improvement!!!
I see so many make the same mistakes in preseason that they made the last season and fans have lost hope when they enter the game.
This article (for discussion, although radio bits, other writeups are plentiful) tells me a good number of teams probably need to strongly consider him as their backup

Here are some of my final thoughts on the 2025 NFL Draft:

➖Abdul Carter is the best prospect in this class, I would confidently select him at 1.01.

➖Quinshon Judkins will be drafted earlier than you think, he’s going to be special in the NFL.

➖Luther Burden III in a “down year” LED ALL OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL with 30 Missed Tackles Forced.. this is pure evidence that he moves different than other WR’s. Turn on the film, thank me later.

➖Jayden Higgins is the most slept on WR in this entire class, what’s stopping him from being a 1st round pick?? Slant Routes, Red Zone MONSTER, always finding ways to separate.. he’s the real deal I swear.

➖Devin Neal feels like one of the smartest Day 3 picks in a LONG time, this kids not flashy but all he did was deliver every single game. 5,000+ Yards and 50+ TD’s at Kansas is just absurd collegiate production.

➖Colston Loveland is WAY closer than I thought he would be to Tyler Warren in my rankings. 2-3 years from today it wouldn’t surprise me if Loveland outproduced Warren in the NFL..

➖Shedeur Sanders.. I don’t have a 1st round grade on him in my personal evaluations. I genuinely hope he proves me wrong and succeeds at the next level.

➖Jalen Royals is a blazer, he cooked everyone at the senior bowl and has some RIDICULOUS production.. man I swear every NFL GM should prioritize him in Round 2. This kids the steal of the draft.

➖Travis Hunter will not be utilized in a full time role as a CB and WR. The Browns/Giants will likely allow him to play in various specialized packages / special teams in addition to his full time role on one side of the ball, I think it’ll be CB.

➖Jaxson Dart’s Average Depth of Target (11.9), Big Time Throw Rate (7.1%), and Yards Per Attempt (10.7) were ALL better than Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders.. The most impressive part? Jaxson Dart accomplished this while having LESS time to throw (2.77) than them. I really think his floor is Pittsburgh at 21.

Day 1 of the NFL Draft is my favorite day of the year, I can’t tell y’all how excited I am..

There’s going to be 19 of us in Miami from Thursday-Sunday for my bachelor party.

We found an awesome air bnb.. throwing around the pigskin, grilling with the boys, and watching the draft together is honestly about as good as it gets.

CHEERS TO DRAFT WEEK FELLAS

I LOVE Y’ALL
