Iowa State redshirt junior TE Charlie Kolar caught four passes for 33 yards and a touchdown in a 20-13 loss to Clemson on Wednesday.
Kolar (6'6/260) wasn't a major factor in the game, but made two big catches in the second half. He caught a big first down on a corner route that led to his touchdown catch. Purdy had great protection allowing him to find Kolar up the seam for an easy score. Kolar ends his Cyclones career with 168 catches for 2,181 yards and 23 touchdowns. He will have a big opportunity to help his draft stock at the Senior Bowl in the first week of February.

Bumping this over to a fresh page.
Georgia senior RB James Cook posted 141 yards from scrimmage and scored a touchdown in Friday’s 34-11 victory in the CFP Semifinal (Orange) over Michigan.
Cook rushed for 32 yards on six carries. He inflicted more damage as a receiver as the game started to get away from Michigan. Georgia experimented with a more pass-happy attack in advance of the national title rematch against Alabama. James, the younger brother of Vikings RB Dalvin Cook, flashed the family's skill in corralling the ball in space, offering up a difficult target to square up, and getting upfield. Cook’s 39-yard touchdown catch in the fourth quarter was a bail-out of under-duress UGA QB Stetson Bennett, the sort of thing that may come in handy in the rematch against Alabama. Georgia will be imbedding Cook deep into its gameplan for next Monday's CFP title game against the Crimson Tide.

North Carolina State sophomore RB Zonovan Knight will declare for the NFL draft.
Knight (5'11"/210) had a very good career of the Wolfpack and ran for over 700 yards in each of his three seasons. He has some speed to beat defenders to the sideline, has shown the ability to make some good cuts in between the tackles, and can catch the ball out of the backfield. He's not going to be a three-down back at the next level but could have a change of pace role like Kareem Hunt for the Browns.

Baylor senior RB Abram Smith rushed 25 times for 172 yards in a 21-7 win over Ole Miss on Saturday.
In a game void of great offense, Smith (5'11/217) stood out above the rest. He was the only consistent player for either offense on the day. Smith was seeing success inside and out, running around and through defenders. His best run came early on, as he took a read play off to the right, ran through a couple of arm tackles, and busted out a 49-yard run. On the season, Smith ran for 1,601 yards and 12 touchdowns. He will likely enter the NFL Draft and has a chance to be a riser among a decent running back class.

LSU junior RB Tyrion Davis-Price will opt out of the Texas Bowl and enter the NFL draft.
Davis-Price (6'1"/232) excelled in his first year as the lead back for the Tigers as he rushed for 4.8 yards per carry and six touchdowns. He doesn't possess the speed to beat defenders to the sideline, but his brute strength helps him in between the tackles and he'll get you those tough yards. If he can bully NFL defensive linemen as he did in college, the future is bright for him.

Mississippi senior WR Dontario Drummond will declare for the NFL draft.
Last night Drummond (6'0/215) was able to get over 100 receiving yards in a game where Ole Miss struggled on offense. Drummond had a breakout 2021 season where he caught for over 1,000 yards and in fact, doubled his career number from the previous two seasons. He really showed his size and speed this season could translate to pro level. He should be one of the top 10 receivers taken in April.

Kentucky junior WR Wan’Dale Robinson has declared for the NFL Draft.
Robinson (5'11"/185) had a breakout season once he transferred to Kentucky, catching 104 passes for 1334 yards and seven touchdowns in 2021. He was incredible for the Wildcats doing pretty much one thing, which was catching screens and turning them into chunk gains time and time again. There were multiple games this season where Robinson pretty much was the Kentucky offense, which was also the case in their bowl game. There's no doubting Robinson's speed and wiggle, and now he'll take those talents to the NFL.

Toledo redshirt junior RB Bryant Koback will declare for the NFL.
Koback (6'0/210) had a phenomenal season in Toledo as ran for a MAC's second-leading and his career-high 1400 yards and 334 receiving yards. His size helps him break tackles and gain significant yards on the ground, and his catching ability allows him to stay on the field in passing situations. If he can pull off an impressive combine, he may be a great value to grab in April.

Iowa State senior QB Brock Purdy will declare for the NFL draft.
Purdy (6'1/220) will go down as the best quarterback in Iowa State history as holds records for touchdown passes (81), passing yards (12,170), quarterback wins (30), 300-yard passing games (14), and rushing yards (1,177). This is notably not an elite quarterback class so it's a good time for Purdy to go pro. With a 71.7 completion percentage, it shows his accuracy and add his mobility, he's a good dual-threat QB. He has the chance to be a late-round pick right now and could prove himself during the scouting period.
