Dynasty buy low (1 Viewer)

I think tomorrow may be the game to see whether or not lance Dunbar is a buy low. Likely to have a decent workload and a Cowboys beat writer I follow @BryanBroaddus has good things to say about his explosiveness. Maybe on Waivers so a very good add if he's there.I've added Ben Tate this week, gave up Dwyer to get him but I think Tate is now completely off the radar, especially if he's not on the Foster roster, as was the case in my league
This is a not a redraft buy low discussion.

Tate is not available on waivers in most dynasty leagues, he's stashed. I'm not sure how other owners see him, but I have been swatting away those trying to buy low. Obviously I did not anticipate an injury, but when healthy this season has gone about how I expected it to for Tate and why I had zero interest in him in redrafts at his August price. If his dynasty owners price changed then his expectations 3 months ago were not reasonable ones.

What do you think of Reggie Bush - buy low or sell low?

Last I checked one of the rankings I respect had him about 12th at RB.

I was talking about Dunbar being on waivers, obviously Tate won't be on waivers but his price is lower now than it was and I think he's a good target. As I stated, I had to give up Dwyer in order to get him in trade, which is quite low imo

He's not been playing well nor producing and is destined to be on a new team next year. Nobody really wants him, so to sell him you probably won't get anything meaningful back. I think the play is to gamble and hope he ends up in a good spot after he's cut, or at least a spot that's perceived to be good, then explore your options then. It's what I'm doing. I'm in win-now mode and don't have backup plans (unless Felix Jones counts - lol) so I traded scrubs for Michael Turner from a seller just in case Bush doesn't turn it around. Not expecting much from Turner but a potential 15/50/1 line is better than my bench would give me...and Bush has been giving me.

Ok I thought you thought this was a re-draft discussion because you mentioned Dunbar and stated Tate is off the radar. On Tate: you acquired him for a cost I could never see anyone doing which was Dwyer for the reason being that I don't agree that he's off the radar. He's a young talented back that has one more year before reaching free agency. I do think he might qualify as a buy low, especially to a non-Foster owner, but I was thrown off by the "off the radar" comment which I don't believe to be true.On Dunbar I think there is nothing to see except maybe this week which again is why I thought you were talking re-draft. If I had bet on the odds of Dunbar being a top 30 RB or out of the league next year I'd bet on the latter but feel like the reality is going to be somewhere in between. As in a third RB who is only going to be active if he's contributing on special teams.

I don't understand why tate is a buy low regardless because if anything his stock should be rising as he gets closer and closer to free agency. Anyone expecting anything more than he gave you when healthy were kidding themselves

Sell low. Highly doubt any team brings him in next year as anything more then a RBBC 3rd down back. Also he's getting older and doesn't have breakaway speed anymore. Last year all the stars aligned for him, it won't happen again. In PPR he has some value, in non PPR dump him at all costs.
