Dynasty/Keeper setup? (1 Viewer)

i figured i'd start a thread while i search for info on keeper leagues.

so i've never done a dynasty/keeper league.

we've decided we want to convert to a "keeper" league ,in a well established redraft league.

i'm looking for ideas on how you guys do it. how many keepers? keep players for certain number of years? only keep players after a certain round of the draft? etc.....

I don't care for keepers personally. I would go straight to dynasty. Then your only question outside of rules (I know there is a great deal to be considered.) is the draft. You can either hold two drafts (a veterans draft and a separate rookie draft) or dump the rookies in with the vets and hold one big draft. I kind of like them both for different reasons but the separate rookie draft will get them ready to do rookie drafts on an annual basis.
