[DYNASTY] Misfits 'n Outlaws-VII Dynasty Draft (1 Viewer)

My top 5 (excluding my team (only way to really get rid of personal bias)):

1) Fighting Couch P's

2) Seattle Stars

3) Johnny Utahs

4) Football Jones

5) Straight Cash H's (tied with) Drunks
What is this. Are you sucking up before you hit me with some trade offer or something? :P I like my team, but I understand that some things have to go my way that aren't slam dunks right now. Also, the draft was just phase I. We still have trades, free agency, the rookie draft. Hey, playing the games is almost anti-climactic.I'd say the teams are even. Some are just more even than others.

How's that for straddling the fence? :D

I've been adding one new dynasty league each year, this will be my 3rd.Notes on the draft by The Chairman:RB's early and often. After round 3, none were left except question marks. I'm sure some later picks will do extremely well this coming year, but if I knew exactly who they were, they'd all be on my roster, which they aren't. I was able to make a couple of trades that eventually netted me 2 2nd rounders and 3 5th rounders for my 3rd and 4th. Not too bad. This allowed me to get a very respectable 3 RB core. There was a tension that I could cut with a knife after the 4th round waiting for the right time to select QB's. It happened in the mid 6th round. The extra picks in the 5th helped out as I had two decent receivers and was able to land Ben R/Brooks in the starting QB chase.I unfortunately had to predraft rounds 6-11 as I was away that weekend, and didn't spend nearly enough time ordering them properly as I missed out on some super value picks at WR during this time.So I returned from my trip in the 12th round....and in a 14 team league there isn't a whole lot left. I think this will turn the tide for a lot of teams if they're intuition comes through and they managed to pluck a starter or two from the dregs.I spent those picks primarily on QB's who have some chance at securing the starting position. I'm hoping to trade one to solidify my 2nd flex spot someday.... Also, they are easy to drop if they do not win the job. I didn't want to have 6 project RB/WR's on my roster giving me a headache if I want to make a waiver move, which is something I've learned to prepare for in the past couple of years.Overall it was a much more difficult draft for me than the previous two. I'm not sure if it was the quality of the owners or the fact that it is 14 teams. As for the teams themselves, I'd say there are two teams that are primary pre-preseason SuperBowl candidates, and two teams that are going to need a lot of things to bounce their way to compete. The other 10 should definitely be competitive. My team is somewhere lumped in that other 10 I think.
