Young shouldnt even be in this ranking b/c he should be much higher.

He's producing like a top 10 QB right now and his potential is McNabb like

 
This 3 tier voting approach has a flaw. Whoever is voted for at #10 has multiple voting points at 11-12. Those who vote Romo at 10 if Young wins would surely vote him at #11 over Leinart too.

That can be accounted for in the way votes are counted by using an instant runoff system, but it's not going to matter for this poll anyway.

By the way it's looking I don't think it's gonna matter. It appears as if Young and Lienert are going to run far away from Romo.

I am not sure if I like this approach to voting because people who voted for #10 might vote for entirely different players than the choices given. But the ties are difficult to break also and seem to happen often. So I am not sure what the best solution may actualy be.
