Surprised there is no thread on Herbert. I had the pleasure to watch every snap Herbert played in college. He can make all the throws and is pretty athletic. I think he landed in a great spot in LA. He can sit behind Tyrod and develop and contribute as soon as this year.
The biggest negative I saw was his tendency to hold the ball too long sometimes and take unnecessary sacks. Dude is a winner though and I think he will have a great career.
