I forgot a poll for "other" so if you choose to go with someone else than is in the polls just please write down who you think it should be.

I really thought Rice would put up a good fight here. He's getting kinda beat down.

I for one think that Johnson has a chance to be something special in the NFL. He is one of the most physically gifted RB's I have ever seen come out of college.

His speed is unparallel. He ran faster at the combine than Reggie Bush did while at his pro-day. And we all know Pro-day numbers get a slight boost.

I don't know off hand, but he put up some really good reps. The kid is strong.

And unlike the other physically gifted teammate of his, Chris Henry, the guy can actually play. He was very successful at a program that was horrible.

And then you talk about the kids hands. I heard some people say his hands are some of the best in the entire draft at any position. Is there one weakspot in Johnsons game?

Just check out this clip of his and tell me that you are not impressed.

It looks like you're playing a video game with someone who is unfairly fast.

There should be about 5 more WRs on that list to pick from....
Name them and they'll be up in the next poll.
I would think Sweed, Avery, Jackson, Manningham and Nelson should all be in there. Possibly Kelly as well. The WRs are a very tight knit group that will be tough to separate.
I wouldnt vote for ay WR for at least a couple more picks, but it will not be for any of the ones you listed. Thomas and Hardy are probably the 1 and 2 WR's off the board in most rookie drafts this year.

Thats fine if you wouldn't, but I would guess there will be a lot of variation in who picks WRs where.Kind of odd that you didn't rank either of those guys as you #1 WR in the rank the rookie WRs thread though. The guy you did list was on my list however...

OK, all but Manninham. :)
You can leave off Jackson and Nelson as well.
Nelson already has a love fest thread about him. Jackson may not be far behind....

Please add:Jamaal Charles - RB KCSteve Slaton - RB Houston Texans
During the next few picks I'd roll the dice on one of these guys over a WR. Unless a WR is a real elite talent, they will seldom be in my top 10.

I do prefer Avery over Thomas and Hardy, i just dont think many others will agree.I was just trying to say, that no way any of those guys are going to win the next couple of polls, so why put them on now.

Ray Rice is talented however you're stuck waiting at least a couple years or an injury for him to get any meaningful playing time. If you've got a team that allows you to stash him on your bench for awhile then I can certainly understand picking him here or at #6.

Because if you are going to put those 2 on there then I think you should just go ahead and put them all in there. I'd really like to see a true perspective of how the WRs fall in. You don't get that by only having 2 available to choose from. It's not like there is great separation with these guys. You posted in the other thread, you know that.

i agree with you, i am more interested in these polls for that very reason. I just dont think any WR is going to go in the next couple of picks, but i guess it cant hurt to have them on there....assuming that it wont cause any runoff polls.

I agree. What's the max for poll options, 15? Might as well use them all. I like viewing these polls to see when people start thinking of a certain player vs. who is the consensus at that spot. I'm also curious to see where/when some people start thinking TE.

Yeah, let me get right on that....

Yeah, let me get right on that....
My bad. If you don't see a benefit by adding enough options to fill the poll, so be it. Just giving my opinion, and I can refrain from that in future polls.

He is 4th on your board then.I love what I see. I also think the Titans will go to more of a spread offense and attack, attack and attack some more. If they get a good lead they can grind with Fatdale (if he does not pull a hammy or ge stuck at a KFC). Johnson has a chance to be real special in ppr leagues.

My rankings so far are based on pure talent and long term dynasty potential are

1) Mcfadden

2) Stewart

3) Mendenhall

4) Rice

5) Johnson

6) Smith

7) Devin Thomas
