Dynasty rookie wr options (1 Viewer)

I am in a dynasty league and am able to keep 4 wr. We keep 13 with full IDP as well but I want to keep 4 the top 4 rookie wrs from last years fantasy draft. I have 5 so I need to exclude 1. Question is who should be let go in next years draft?

J Jefferson wr MIN

C Claypool wr PIT

T Higgins wr CIN

D Mims wr NYJ

H Riggs wr LVR

we can only keep players we drafted so I cannot expand further than this list above. We pay not penalty nor surrender any future draft picks to keep players. .5 point ppr.

It would come down to Mims and Ruggs but I would drop Ruggs.  Too boom/bust with too much bust.  Just not consistent enough

Is there any limit on length of time you can keep them?    I would drop Mims and keep Ruggs (obviously keeping the first three in your list).  I like Ruggs' upside and with a full offseason to continue jelling with Carr and his potential role in that offense I look for him to take a big jump in Year 2.  Mims is going to have a new QB next year, probably a whole new coach and offensive system.  Ruggs should be a year ahead of Mims' development-wise.   I know TLaw is good but the Jets arent' going to morph into an offensive juggernaut in one season.
