Have a trade dilemma in a dynasty league.

Some background - 12 teams, PPR 1qb, 1rb, 3wr, 1te, 1 flex. I was terrible last year and ended up with 1.1. This year is looking a little better - I'm probably a mid-level team.

I get sent an offer last night of:

Give: 2013 #1 and #2

Get: Bowe, Freeman, DHB, 2013 #3

After to checking to see if Bowe lost a leg or got arrested, I accepted. Yes, a pretty lopsided deal. Maybe the guy hates Bowe and feels I might get 1.1 again? Whatever - not my job to wonder why.

The guy who made the trade with me was definitely on the league chat (private) last night after the trade, and also picked up the drops I made to make roster space for this trade. Another team then picked up one of his drops, etc. Commish asked me to pay 1/2 for trading my #1, which I did. End of story, and a nice trade for me.

Now, this afternoon, the owner who offered this to me said it was all a mistake. He doesn't know what happened, if we check his history and we'll see he doesn't offer bad deals, etc.

Basically, commish says it's up to me in regards to what to do.

Now, to be clear, had he said to me last night "it was a mistake", I would have definitely reversed. Guys who play with me know I am not a jerk about things like this, etc.

But that's not the case - he was around last night after the deal, he was chatting with others, he picked up my drops, etc. Business went on. Only mid-day today he says "oops".

Part of me really doesn't want to reverse it because I feel like it's giving in to buyer's remorse a day later (plus, it's obviously a good deal for me). Again, just so this is crystal clear, had he said last night it was an error, I'd be totally fine with reversing it. But being that he grabbed the drops, chatted, etc, I feel differently now.

What say you, FBG? Should I hold fast and let him sow what he reaped, or should I reverse it?

Exactly how is this not an ACF question? Regardless your commissioner handled it right; it is up to you, do what you want.
because it's a not a "should I accept this trade"? It's more of a FF dynasty league question, which is typically in SP.If I am mistaken and this should be in AC, I apologize.

Since you asked the question it appears you are open to reversing the trade. If that is the case this a poll should be done at your league level.

The commissioner should really think this through carefully because should he allow the trade to be reversed it will very likely lead to future controversy when an owner has trader remorse.

BTW, I specifically write the rules of my leagues that all trades are final once they are accepted to avoid this nonsense

screw him. that he picked up your guys shows that hes lying.tell him to but a BAC ignition lock on his computer...

The guy picked up your drops so there's no way it could have been a mistake.

I would be far more likely to reverse the trade if the guys admitted he had buyer's remorse than claiming it was a mistake. Sometimes people make trades without thinking it through and I've reversed trades when people asked, but lying about it being a mistake is offensive. Reversing the trade just to be a nice guy is only going to make people think that this type of thing is acceptable.

He's gotta live with it, especially since he offered the deal in the first place. Mistakes happen but they need to be addressed immediately, not the next day.
