Depends on where each team is going.  For a total rebuild I would probably very slightly lean towards the Smith/Gesicki/1st side.  I still may not do it as the 1st in 2023 is still a long ways off.  

• Brown>>>Smith (but not sure if the contract years are helpful or hurtful without really knowing the contract rules.  That could change the valuation)
  
• Andrews = Gesicki (one may be slightly ahead of the other but it is so close it's probably negligible).
  
• 2023 1st - Is it likely early, mid, late, too early to tell?   The answer to that question can wildly swing its value.  
  

I also am not sure how the contract years work and if they are limited.  If they are limited then having 5 years of Smith may be a negative impact if you need the contract years.  That could also diminish the value of that side of the deal.  

If I am competing now I most likely lean towards the Brown side.
