I’ll be watching this. Frankly shocked. Heard D is getting healthy, stingy vs the pass last 6 weeks, Bad weather, home game. Only question in my mind is Seattle 16-3 last 19 traveling east (don’t know if that’s straight up or vs spread - just heard the stat). 
 But to have them back of the Dolphins and others? Wow

I think PHI D is underrated.  I'm only starting them in DFS where value is important.  I think PHI could surprise today. Russell is having a career year but playing on the road and could come out flat.  It's the NFL, anything can happen.

Tremblay has them 26th not 28th.  But ya last seems not great.  Tampa should be lower.
