Eagles vs Falcons - SNF - Week 2 (1 Viewer)

Bad loss. Of course it would have been nice to have that 2 points Carson gave himself up on while driving to the ####### goaline.

Agholor. Oof. Picked him up tonight for fantasy, he scored over twenty in .5 PPR, and I still feel for him. Tough night.

Sadz and feelz.

still think Falcons a little lucky on last Julio TD though. barely legal timing on blocks, and both of them from the side. COulda been flagged for OPI or illegal block pretty easily.

(NOt a whine....either call woulda been ticky tack, just pointing out that ATL got lucky there.)

More lucky was having Philly playing without so many key players on offense

That "giving himself up" BS really cost them as well as the old Nelson making an appearance at the wrong time. To come back like that on the road with all those injuries was impressive, too bad they couldn't pull it out.

If you're Philly, you gotta hope for the health of your WR corps. Depleted, to say the least.

I also didn't like that underneath 2nd and ten play call at the end. That's a quibble.

Wound up being a really, really good SNF game, all things considered.

Can we question Atlanta timeout or not. Both were questionable.  And defending the first down line rather than the man.

It was tight but legal. Really close

I hate to admit it but Dallas looks better than we do. Both are playoff teams.
NOt the Eagles we saw last week from the 20 minute mark.

Hard to put much stock in appearances this week with those injuries. That was a decent Atlanta team at home coming off a loss too. Right now it's a bit too close to call

But I do believe Eagles fans have underestimated Dak.  He's slowly turning into a stud QB.  These 2 teams will be battling for years to come.

Dallas has played a terrible NYG team and Was. Lets settle down a bit. They've yet to be challenged by anyone competing or at least projected as a playoff team. Plus Jason Garret is still head coach. he'll find someway to muck it up and hand us the division

Wait till he's paid and Dal has their cap tied up in Zeke and him and can't afford to keep everyone else.
Well I guess you either believe that he's a stud franchise QB or not.  If he's in fact a stud (and it looks like he's heading in that direction), the issue for the team will always be how to keep him and still surround him with talent.  The Eagles will be facing that as well with Wentz.

this is the first year i didn't bet Dallas under wins before the season started. Hopefully the injuries we have aren't long-term, but i do think it will be some fun games between us and Dallas this year.

I believe the Eagles more so then Dallas. Not a bias more so Howie Roseman is a cap genius and usually makes the right calls. Dallas I can't believe in them as much. They've already had to let a few guys walk do to cap

You can keep underestimating the new OC, but be careful.😉

They still got Jason Garret and Jerry is still owner. I think we're good for awhile along as those two are together.
Well unfortunately Dak is a STUD who is also going to be there awhile. You might check is stats and QB rating since Cooper joined the team. Now Gallup is there too. Don’t let blind hate cloud facts.

And then they get a Brees-less Saints team.

They very well could be 4-0 with us at 2-2.
Probably best case there.  Hopefully we bounce back from these injuries for Lions next week.  Going to Green Bay on a short week is going to be tough.

Prescott is slightly above average. We seen him when he doesn't have Elliot or the best line in football.  I put him around 15th best quarterback. Which is why I can't wait till Dallas signs him as if he's a top three. Between his contract and Zeke's oh, they're going to be salary cap crippled for years.

The fact that you boobs spent the last page in your loss to Atlanta thread talking about Dallas ought to tell you something.

ATL/PHI sure does make just about every second of football relevant.  Are they all crappily played games...or do these two teams play each other so tough the scores are just low?

At first, I thought there HAD to be some sort of penalty on that Julio TD.  To me, it just looked liked the perfect call....execution....play.  I wasn't even that pissed.... it was so slick.

I think most people thought the Eagles would be 3-1 after the first month....with either a loss in ATL or a loss in GB.  That timetable hasn't changed.....but HAVING to go to GB and win is never easy.

Happy the game ended early......but wish the outcome was different.

AND RUN THE DAMN BALL!!!!....You have an anvil in the backfield in Howard......just give us a "3 yards and cloud of dust" drive once in awhile.
