Edelmans value (1 Viewer)

whats his value the rest of the season, I am a contending team and want some flex help and the last place team has Edelman, it's dynasty and the team is rebuilding but he isn't sure about trading Edelman since it would deplete his startable WRs, I offered him a second rd pick(probably 2.08-2.12) and he said it doesn't feel like quite enough, is he worth more?

Thanks, WHIR

I see Edelman as a PPR high floor low ceiling play.  He will have the targets but usually doesn't have big YAC.  He will have the occasional TD and if the scheme is right a particular week he may have multiple TD's.  He is the perfect Flex play in a PPR.  In a standard league a little less value but not much less.

He is also an injury risk as he always seems to get dinged.  I think your offer was in the ball park and if this guy is truly rebuilding he should probably take it.  Do you have a low end WR he can "start" for the rest of the year?  Throw that guy in with your 2nd rounder and it might get done.

I'm in a 16 team half point ppr with large benches.  Free agency is bare bones.  I traded Derek Carr for him.  I did have Brady coming back and Wentz as my back up QB.

I don't have much as a throw in as my WRs are really strong at first then it's a big drop off where the rest are all an injury away from having a chance. Have OBJ, Evans, Green as starters and had Keenan and monecrief until the injuries, also luckily had Tyrell but after that it's leonte carroo, Malcolm Mitchell and Eli Rogers.

Now that I now it's definitely around fair value I'll try and talk him into it a little more or figure out something to add to it
