From what I heard last night from on CBSSports Radio this is the guy you want in Arizona. Says he's a mini DJ.

From reading a handful of articles it sounds like he's a short yardage back, he doesn't offer much in the receiving game and won't have big plays.

There has been little buzz on Penny, who dropped 15 pounds this offseason in an effort to be a better contributor on special teams and caught the attention of the coaching staff.  He ran for 77 yards in the Cards' final preseason game and has a chance to contribute in David Johnson's absence, but I would not expect much more than a short-yardage role to begin with, but the opportunity is there for Penny to earn a larger role.  After the preseason performance against Denver, Arians commented, "[Penny]’s been outstanding the whole preseason.  He’s trimmed down this year. It’s really helped him.”

Hopefully that helped increase his speed. He ran a 4.81 at his pro day...

I normally don't put too much stock in 40 times....but boy...hope he was giving someone a piggyback ride at the time.
