Think this is the first fine since the "incident". Sims was hit for 50k on a play that didn't draw a flag, during the Titans game

The fine was issued by NFL executive vice president of football operations Ray Anderson, who told Sims that "further offenses will result in an escalation of fines up to and including suspension."
"Specifically, on a pass play, he unnecessarily struck his opponent, a defenseless receiver, in the head and neck area with his forearm," NFL spokesman Jon Zimmer told PFT.
It wasnt the hit on CJ either..it was on Hawkins and i guess the NFL is actually going back and reviewing games now...i mean the Titans Eagles game was 10 days ago. Trying to find the vid but its hard too since the hit apparently wasnt bad at all.
