Hmm, i guess the wheels are just made out of a softer rubber than skate boards?  the only problem i see here is stopping abruptly and finding an area with enough hills to make this fun.  Something tells me it is way harder than it looks. 

ETA:  i just went through the specs...this think has to be expensive.

It does look cool, and dangerous as hell. But if you are a decent snowboarder, skater I'm sure you could cruise around town on this thing pretty easily at 20 MPH.

 
When the guy they show goes switchfoot, or goes sideways to (I assume) slow down, he is not too smooth on those transitions.  They couldn't find a better rider for their promo video?  Much more likely, learning that part must be super difficult.  Which also means that a lot of people are going to be eating #### on these things.  On concrete, not snow.  Good times!  

Still would love to try it, if I could strap a Casper mattress on first.
