ESPN or Yahoo (1 Viewer)

I'm in my second year of a league that has been on CBS forever. They want to go free this year and are putting it to a vote. These were the two options being floated around. So before I vote I was wondering if:

A) there were better free choices for a H2H points league

B) if either have email alerts like CBS. for add/drops, trade offers, player updates and the such. (I really liked CBS's updates so I didn't have to log onto the site all the time)

C) any other general input, I don't have experience with either.

I did search this forum and got nothing, but if this has been covered please point me in the right direction.

Thanks for any help

I hear you with moving to a free site due to CBS rising costs.

I am about 95% Yahoo provides email updates but it is not the default you need to manually set the email updates to include everything, ie trades, waiver wire, MLB trades etc.

FYI if you plan on starting a new league via CBS they are running a promo for newly created leagues at 1/2 off

Thanks for the link, I will pass that along to the commish. Half price might just the incentive they need to stay one more year.

We moved to Yahoo about 10 years ago(not about to look back)

I know for a fact that Yahoo offers email alerts
