Looking to fill 5 spots in a 12-team league on MFL (auction held on ESPN). League has been active since 2008 with little turnover (until this year). All dues other than the site fee paid back to winners (1-4, consolation). Draft will be held online on Friday, August 29. Scoring
Passing:
Passing yardage – .04 points / yard (equivalent to 1 per 25)*
Interception thrown – (-2) points
* Bonuses of 1 & 2 points will be given at 300 & 400 yards, respectively
Rushing / Receiving:
Rushing / receiving yardage – 0.1 points / yard (equivalent to 1 per 10)*
Receptions – 1 point
* Bonuses of 1, 2, & 3 points will be given at 100, 150, & 200 yards, respectively
Kicking:
Field goal made 0-39 yards – 3 points
Field goal made 40+ yards – 4 points plus 0.1 points / yard thereafter*
Extra point made – 1 point
Extra point missed – (-1) point
* Example: 54 yd. field goal = 4 + (14 * 0.1) = 5.4 points
General Offense:
Touchdowns (all) – 6 points
Two-point conversion (all) – 2 points
Fumble lost (all) – (-2) points
Defense:
Turnover forced – 2 points
Safety – 3 points
Sack – 1 point
Blocked kick (any) – 1 point
Defensive game played (for points against) – 10 points*
Offensive / ST points against – (-0.4) points / point allowed*
Defensive game played (for yards against) – 8 points**
Total yards against – (-.02) points / yard allowed**
Defensive / ST touchdown – 6 points
* Example: 17 points allowed = 10 – (17 * 0.4) = 3.2 points
** Example: 225 yards allowed = 8 – (225 * .02) = 3.5 points
