For some dumb reason I've allowed one owner to be in all 3 of my fantasy legends leagues the last year to replace other owners. This guy is so negative and abrasive, and brags about himself constantly, and appears to be stupid by the English he uses (not that I would hold that against him). He also posts to everyone what he considers bad trade offers. I offered Mendenhall and Sweed for James Davis and a #1 pick. The trade can be looked at in many ways, but to post how stupid it is is out of line IMO. What do you do about making the mistakes of getting ##### owners? Here are some of the posts on the league message boards for you to enjoy, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

but you did what you had to do and i have no problem with it and i did suggest it and i am not only commish out there that ate a loss because of hit and run owners. or inadequate owners.
or whatever it was that caused that team to be discounted. it happens most everywhere.
you learn from it and move on! 50.00 is no biggie! it was worth the cost to get the team filled and sounds like well worth the 50 discount we gave them.
i would never charge the league. thats just difference between me and you Chuck. No biggie. It all worked out for the good of all of us. I dont need to keep stirring the pot!

Hey, I'm the commish of the league, not the bank. It's not up to me to fork over money from my personal account to fund a league, other than my share. Also, I'm not in a competion with anyone to run the "best" league on the internet. We've done just fine in our leagues without that kind of talk. Listen Dave, it's not up to me to prevent teams from crumbling. The rules are setup for everyone, and there's a lot of rope for owners to hang themselves. It's not up to me to micro manage the league. If anyone has a problem with a trade we have a veto system. I don't kick owners out of the league for making a bad trade.

my attitude is i pay u to play in my leagues. you pay on time
and you play fair. really my only two requirments.
three openings now also. 125 per team. 14 teams well over 2000 in prizes every year and free software. one guy passed away suddenly
and much younger then me. one guy ran his down worst then this one in return
for favorable trades in other leagues. and yes i would have never caught on if not
for a snitch that told on him. out the door he went! fired! KICKED OUT!
because his team is shot, i threw my championship team into the pool along with the
team thats owner died and any owner not paid up by june first. thought it was fairest way to do it. again throwing away my championship team to make player pool better for the cheaters team. and yes he was always a little snot that tried to get advantages anyway he could. a orginal memeber from the 80's. just never caught him actually cheating until recently thanks to a snitch or two thats always been loyal. i got attorneys, movie stars. u name it in mine thats been in mine for ever. yes i klicked c.thomas Howell out too. hes wants back. it was for late payment for winning his league though. not cheating! we go way back.
poker and golf buddy's and of coarse fantasy football! i want to gve him his drafted team back but a lawyer has it now. oh well. #### always happening. enough blah blah blah

I was dissapointed to even have to waste my valuable time reading that BS thread.
Of coarse I have been around long before the internet was created AND SO HAS DAMN KICKERS!
Match ups, or secureing a good kicker in a hi octane offense has always and will always
be a part of the fantasy game and adds a lot of stragety to it weather u realize it or not!

Adding a flex is fine by me but not at expense of kickers. Because of your terrible D SCORE penalties
I would highly recomend adjusting that. D's are probably close to kickers IN FANTASY VALUE
depending league to league D rules.
Head coaches add a little zing to leagues that use that.
Man, maybe if you played fantasy back when kickers like Blanda and Cockroft were around you'd
show a little more respect for them then that BS tread. I would have never opened it if I knew what it was actually about! And there is always a big difference between the top 5 and 20-25 range EACH AND EVERY YEAR.
That darn PUKESBURG KICKER GOT ME last year more then one league. On Monday night last play of game.
Wouldn't want it any other way. That's what these games are about and the kicker will always be a part of it.

I disagree with you 110% as do a lot of FBG guys on that forum. KICKERS have always and will always be a big part of match ups and the BEST fantasy leagues. And by the way I use PUNTERS TOO IN a way. D's get a point for punts inside 20. It's an MFL option.

That is still a 33% difference between 1 and 25 and like every starting line-up position of most every league it's all about match ups each week and scoreing as many points as you can. You can maximize several kickers over a coarse of a year to get you more points then someone that sits on the best kicker all year. I think?
Oh well, This next month plus before spring camps kick up is the most bored month of the entire year.
I hate tennis! Britsh Open is about only thing this next month to watch so I guess it's the ample time for good ole kicker debates! I doubt I would play in a league without them. I lose too much of a tatical advantage to guys like U that are too worried about the next free agent sleeper you have to beat yus all too.
this is exactly what i was trying to point out. us SMART owners can figure how to utilize match ups to burn you HATE -kicker whinners that would never take the time because your to busy thinking there a pain in the but and complaining about them.
them 20 to 30 % figures is the lazy way of figureing. by maximizing weekly match ups there is another 20 to 30% to be won that doesnt show up in the year end results.

I understand the need to vent as a commissioner but a public forum frequented by your league-mates doesn't seem to be the right place. It takes time to build trust with owners, and if I was an owner in your league I would not appreciate this no matter how much the guy deserved it.
