Every Teams Best 2025 Road Trip Game... (2 Viewers)

My group of Browns fans goes to 1 or 2 roadies per year in a quest to visit every stadium.

This year's targets are most likely Chicago and NY for the Jets.

New England trip for the Raiders is a good call, Boston is a great visit, but October would be better. Might be hot as heck week 1.

I would @Chargers. A home game in LA? Definitely

Miami at Carolina Oct 5 vs at Buff in Sept...

-It's humid and hot in Miami thru Thanksgiving and sometimes Christmas, the Carolinas is a nice break
-Smoky Mountains either before or after the game and it's an easy family trip, nobody wants to vacation in Buffalo, I'm sorry
-From Florida you can simply drive up to Charlotte and then on to the National Parks

Detroit Lions Road Trip - Sunday, December 14 at LA Rams

These two teams tend to bring out the best in each other.

  • Stadium Proximity to City Center - EH. It's Los Angeles. You have to take a car to get everywhere.
  • Weather - CHECK. It never rains in Southern California. It never gets above 40 in Detroit in December.
  • Things To Do/Eat - CHECK. Hollywood, the beach, Disneyland...Korean, Japanese, and Mexican food...and so much more.
  • Walkability/Public Transportation - EH. It's Los Angeles. You have to take a car to get everywhere.
  • Quality of Game/Opponent/Venue - CHECK. A decent chance this is a playoff preview and there will be a big Lions contingent in the house.

We’re going to all 3 Lions games on the East Coast.

WEEK 3 - We love Inner Harbor, Baltimore is a blast, great people, the food, bars and art scene are all awesome. Really looking forward to returning to M&T Bank. Will be the first time attending a MNF game.

WEEK 10 - Commanders will be the best seats. The in-laws have a tenant who works in their marketing department. Not sure if this one will be as much fun as the other two but keeping an open mind, just knowing we’ll be with a large group of friends & family will make it special.

WEEK 11 - Ditto for the Eagles game the following week, albeit with a smaller gathering. Love Philly but have never been to the Linc. Will be my first in person SNF game (IIRC the butt fumble game was a Thanksgiving TNF.)

This would have been a much, much better article if you could only use each road destination once (twice for the NYG/NYJ groundshare obviously)

Vegas in October might be fun, although you seem to be off a week (it’s October 12, not 19). But, crazy thought - I might actually prefer Cleveland in December and hit the rock and roll HoF Saturday.

What, half the Vegas home games being listed wasn’t good enough?

I was thinking more Bloom seemingly having his NOLA tourist board hat on, but it actually means needing to put some thought into the article rather than just going "sort by cities I like in weeks where you don't need the big coat"

Totally missed that just about every saints game is the best trip for their opponents.

disagree with “It's the best city to visit on vacation in the United States.” But

Dublin & London back-to-back isn't bad for the Vikings. Come to think of it, Cleveland and Pittsburgh late Sept/ early Oct wouldn't have been a bad bookend for a North American fall getaway.

I really have to figure out Lambeau, Solider Field, and KC. Emphasis on Solider Field before the Bears leave the lakefront and become a dome team. I wish driving 3 to 6 hours to an away game wasn't such an impossible ask in my fantasy league.
