Running an Excel Spreadheet in Libre Office, thinking the commands are the same, but I know very little about formattting.

I's like to format a whole row to turn a certain color based on text in one cell. Is this possible? If so, can you explain it o me like I'm 8 yrs old?

Excel has Format Painter that does what you ask. 

But no clue of what nacho libre version is.
