Former Eagles and Chiefs receiver Freddie Mitchell is still hopeful of returning to the NFL.

Mitchell was at his alma mater UCLA's Pro Day Thursday to chat with scouts. "Success is situational," he said. "The right coach can take an average receiver and put him in the Pro Bowl." Come on Fred Ex, just give it up.

The Pats coaching staff and players were not exactly big fans of Fast Freddie after the SB in 2005. I cant see them being interested. Besides, Jabar Gaffney is the replacement for Stallworth.
