The Commish of one of my leagues is considering adding punters to our lineup?

Anyone do this? Are there rankings anywhere? What is fair scoring?

We use punters in my 53-man dynasty league.

Scoring consists of average gross yardage (30%), fair catches (+1), number of kicks inside the 20 (+2), touchbacks (-2) and punts blocked (-6).
