Fantasy Round 2 Discussion (1 Viewer)

This season, due to question marks surrounding many runningbacks, in non PPR leagues, I have a fat gray pencil line under the first 11 Footballguys runningbacks (LJ, LT, SA, Portis, Barber, Rudi, L Jordan, S Jackson, R Brown, Edge, Cadillac). After that we start to see several question marks that leads me to strongly consider passing on runningbacks and taking a safe stud WR (C Johnson, Holt, S Smith, Fitzgerald) in Round 2. There is no WR I'm penciling in for much more than 200 fantasy points (approx. 1400 yards, 9 TDs). In just about every league, starting lineups call for 1 more WR than RB or even RB/WR with a flex, so without crunching the VBD, in most leagues it's safe to say that if the Runningback can tie the WR at 200 fantasy points, due to supply, take the RB. So what I'm rambling about is which 2nd tier Runningbacks do you consider to have a good shot at obtaining 200 fantasy points?

My thoughts:

Westbrooke- He'll have no problem reaching 200 if healthy, but he's missed 3-4 games in his past 2 seasons. Averaging in a backup with his points per game while healthy, I would strongly consider him over the stud WRs in the 2nd round.

McGahee- Considering he scored 170 FP last season in a worst-case scenario for the Bills, I would take him in the 2nd round. As discussed in other threads, a lack of trick plays should lead to a few more TDs. The offense looks to be nearly as poor this season as last but I see a TD uptick that makes him worth taking in the second round.

Dom Davis- He's great when he plays but the latest news has really scared me off. Like many people, I want relatively safe productions in the 1st 2 rounds and will take risks later in the draft.

Willie Parker- Scored 170 FP last year. I'll be keeping track of training camp news b/c if he wins the goaline job, I take him in the 2nd round for sure. Otherwise, I'm tempted to take the stud WR over him. With his low ADP, it's almost worthwhile to roll the dice that he's there in the 3rd round.

I don't consider J Jones, K Jones or J Lewis safe enough bets to take over the stud WR in the 2nd round and one of them may even be there in the 3rd (and I'd also be happy with C Taylor or Drougns in the 3rd).
