BJ Upton is a good one for those drafting still.

Given the 2B eligibility that he is about to acquire, I'd say this is probably the #1 guy to be targeting as a "sleeper" at this point.

Anyone else liking Freddy Garcia in Philly? Even though it's a hitter's park, I'm usually a big fan of moves from the AL to the NL for pitchers (P Martinez, D Lowe, Clemens)

Isn't he having arm issues in Philly ? Maybe just a dead arm period, but I believe is MPH is down again.

Garcia is scheduled to start around April 8th against the Marlins. Velocity still down like last season.

Switching leagues *is* a good edge for pitchers initially. We'll see with Freddy.
