Fargo TV series on FX - season 3 starts TONIGHT 4/19!!! (1 Viewer)

I've had a big time crush on MEW ever since she rollerskated into my life in Scott Pilgrim.
The first thing I remember seeing her in was 10 Cloverfield Lane. My reaction was: decent movie, but it'd be better if the female lead were hotter.

Then a while later I watched the series Braindead. Underrated show, IMO, available for streaming on Amazon Prime. Anyway, about halfway through the series, she somehow went from "kind of mediocre by Hollywood standards" to "maybe my biggest celebrity crush at the moment." It wasn't a gradual build-up; some switch in my brain just flipped suddenly and in an instant I was able to recognize and appreciate her hotness. I don't know why I couldn't see it before.

Since then, I've seen Smashed and Faults -- two very good movies, by the way -- and she's been quite beautiful in them as well. And now she's making Fargo a significantly better TV show than it already was, which is saying something. So yeah, I'm a fan.

Well for the love of God and Tot Jesus, please keep us appraised of any further developments in this regard.

I enjoyed it quite a bit as well, but was there a point to it that I missed (other than the image of the snow/woods in the picture in the back)?
Only thing I can figure is the mistaken identity thing. East Berlin guy lives at an address and is mistaken for someone who lived there and murdered his girlfriend. Old man in Eden Valley is mistaken for a target in Eden Prairie who has the same last name. Maybe there will be more connections. Maybe not.

I doubt well see them again

Another stellar episode.  So much going on.  Anyone have that parole officer's quote regarding MEW's beautiful backside?  Homey was going off   :lmao:

Wish I had time to read all this. Needless to say, this is my favorite TV show by a huge margin, and I am geeked about season three.

It's frustrating, but I still know a lot of people that waste their time and money on terrible movies and yet they refuse to see that TV has replaced movies for serious, quality entertainment. I'm 50, so I remember when cable TV began. Critics stated that the product would be garbage. And now in 2017, there are several shows that are better than almost all the modern movies.

I don't know. I just saw "3D CGI Explosions 8" and it's going to be hard to beat.
