Did any of you guys pick Spain to not advance?

I had them in the finals. Complete surprise at their implosion.

If I am understanding the rules correctly (QuizGuy does the below sound correct?)

BMav is the only person to have picked Holland to win. If Holland wins both games. BMav jumps from tied for last in 42nd, to coming in 2nd. Goodness, picking the correct winner is 32 points by itself

Took a look. Actually it looks like Bmav18 - currently tied for 42nd in the FBG Group (aka last of the entries thay have picks) would come all the way back to win if Netherlands wins it all

What makes this even more....oh wait looks like he'd only get 1/2 credit since he had the Dutch coming out of the wrong side of the bracket. Thus he'd come in second -losing to LHUCKS by 3

I went from 44th after group stage to third after the KO rounds.

I went from near dead last (thank goodness for the couple that didn't choose teams) to 8th pretty much on the basis of picking Germany. The rest of my picks were awful.

Given my picks here and in the Le Tour competition, pretty much fade me anytime I express an sports opinion.
