Anyone else in the nonprofit or government world looking at this?

I'm 5 years away from being eligible and, because I was stupid with loans as a college student (and it was my only way to pay for school, given my upbringing), I'm looking at this program. I just have this feeling that it would not actually be available when I become eligible (e.g. Congress recinds it through new legislation or something).

I'd like to move to the for-profit world, as I know I could make a much higher salary, but have so much student loan debt that it would make more sense to see this out.

Anyone eligible the first year this is supposed to kick off in 2017?

I looked into but you have to make 10 years worth of payments. It only makes sense if all you can get is a low paying government job.
