FFAWT quarters draft #2 2018 version. Let’s roll now so we can start drafting selection Sunday (1 Viewer)

GPJ, I'm going to be in the office for twelve hours straight today working well into the evening.  This was literally the funnest thing I have going on today. Where'd you go?

How did woz get good at this?
Since Wichita State is the consensus #1 pick, after going 0-3 against the top 50 RPI teams, and only beating one tournament team (The Jackrabbits), I'd say there is really no method to this unless you consider methodology luck.

Not my 1, they are in the hardest segment of the hardest bracket.

Very true. But they're a ten seed that's a big favorite to win their first game. That's first round value and when coupled with the fact they're in some top 10-15 overall rankings it seemed like a no-brainer.

I also really liked SMU, St. Mary's, MTSU and West Virginia. I really didn't want the first pick bc I'd have been happy with any of my top 5.

Next year I wanna do this with some of you guys who don't think a 10-seed that's favored by 6 (eta: in their opening round game) isn't the 1.01 pick.

Why does everyone like West Virginia? They are terrible on the road and couldn't even beat OU at home.  I don't get it.  They won at Virginia?  Really?

Irish are gonna pummel them.

They were the easiest #1 pick in the history of this thing.

They might, but WVU will be favored by 5 or 6.

They play a style that can be difficult for teams that aren't used to it, and doing it at historic levels this year. I think I read they are forcing more turnovers per 100 possessions than any team in the last 15 years.

I don't really like the ND matchup, but if they can get past them, I think that style could give the Zags fits.
