FUJB said he didn't care.  If that's the case, I rolled the dice 3 times for the 3 remaining 16 seeds (used alphabetic order).  Came back 8.6 Texas Southern; 8.7 Cal Davis, 8.8 Mt. St. Mary's.  As long as @FatUncleJerryBuss is fine with it, that should be a wrap.  (Woz doesn't really have a choice )
