Edge, Willis, and Clinton ought to improve, so that's a start I suppose.
Hard to imagine the Cards making a huge jump, but with even competent play from the O-Line the offense should be strong enough to get Edge top 15 numbers. McGahee should be a yardage machine and also in the top 15 IMO. Portis is better than Ladell Betts, and therefore should have a fantastic season if he stays healthy (although if there's any franchise out there that will gladly make a highly paid veteran a benchwarmer for dubious reasons, its Washington -- see Coles, Lavaranues).
MJD is a star, and will likely match his production of last year AT LEAST. People look at him as a possible fluke, but there are zero tell-tale signs of that. His impact, given the relatively few times he was able to handle the ball, was awesome and if there's one guy I'd be willing to roll the dice on its him. Just for argument's sake, if I told you there's a sophomore RB right now who's destined to be a hall of famer, wouldn't MJD be the obvious guess right now? Top 10, maybe even top 5.
Bush is a little different, because for all the hype there is now he was considered a disappointment right up until that 4 TD game. Deuce is still a beast, and should still be a major factor in the offense. Bush, to me, looks like one of those fantasy players that will get all the numbers to back up his draft position, but will ultimately be impossible to win with because his standard deviation will be off the charts (kind of like Chad Johnson -- good numbers year end, but can you win with a guy who gets all his stats in only a handful of weeks?)
Thomas Jones, in that offense, with that coaching staff, looks like he'll make a serviceable flex player. A couple TDs here and there, but ultimately nothing that's going to be a real boon for anyone. He's definitely not the kind of guy I would draft unless he slips.
MJD
Portis
Edge
Willis
Reggie
Jones
Hope this was what you're looking for.
