Final Keeper Selection- Full Details Here (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

I am in a 10 person league - 1/2 point PPR and we are keeping 6 offensive players and 1 defensive player from last years squad. Our starting line up does a QB, 2 RB, 1 RB/WR Option, 2 WR, TE, 2 LB, 2 DL, 1 DB and a kicker. I got 3rd place last year so drafting #8 in this years 1st round and then same position in future rounds. We have a snake draft.

Defense: I am sit with TJ Watt. Only other real strong consideration was Jordan Poyer but am comfortable here.

Offense: I am set on 5 of my 6. 1) Josh Allen at QB, 2) Kamara at RB, 3) AJ Brown, 4) DJ Moore at WR, 5) Keenan Allen at WR.

Question: For my 6th keeper spot these are my top options - David Montgomery at RB, Darrell Henderson at RB, Michael Thomas at WR, Tee Higgins at WR, or Brandon Aiyuk at WR. I think an argument could be made for any of these. Before the surgery I would have selected Michael Thomas all day long but now I am not sure if its worth it to keep him on the bench and take the risk that he will return with value with no lingering issues and/or get up to speed with his new QB. Thoughts on who and why I should select one of the above for my last spot?

I would never use my one IDP keeper on a DB.  They are a dime a dozen and you can always find one off of waivers that will score well.

As far as the other choices I would keep Montgomery because you have already kept 3 WR's and you have a must start 2 RB requirement.
