Five Guys thread, a 130+ page swordfight. (3 Viewers)

Just realized there is a 5 guys not 5min walk from my place in Downtown Toronto.

Finally tried it. Cajun fries on the side.

Woah.

Molto woah.

Top burgers in America recommended by top chefs...

Two8Two is a few blocks from my house, had it a bunch of times. Better than the chain burgers in this thread, but I couldn't go as far to call it one of America's best.

Anyone eat at any of the other places listed here?
I've been to Santa Fe Bite. It's good, but I'd probably pick Buckhorn Tavern for my favorite green chile cheeseburger.

Chik('s can only marry guys( filet finally coming to LI. Likely some white trashy South shore and / or middle of nowhere Suffolk

Had 5G last Thursday and INO yesterday. No comparison, 5 guys burger is much better. But it is also quite a bit more expensive. As I've said previously in this thread, just another example of getting what you pay for.

Eating chipotle right now. Drove by a pretty awesome taco truck on the way. Suck it, Scoresman!
This is not the kind of critical thinking we expect from you.
chipotle good imo
I more moved by this statement than the overall opinion of Chipotle. Sounds like you had a taste for it today.

When I think of good taco truck, I think of real carne asada with homemade jalapeno-tomatillo sauce and creama. Enchiladas with 26 ingredient mole.

the taco truck does some good things. sometimes you just want chipotle though.

The fries Anyone who says they prefer the soggy, undercooked, flaccid In-N-Out fries to, say, McDonald's, or Five Guys', or Wendy's, or the freezer aisle at Ralphs, or a lunchroom cafeteria, or LITERALLY ANY OTHER FRIES EVER, is someone who clearly has been brainwashed. And don't even tell me I have to order them well-done: so now you're hitting me with OVERCOOKED tasteless fries? Thanks. I'll pass.

I had Chik-fil-A today, and they gave me a code on my receipt to fill out a quick online satisfaction survey, at the end of it I get another code to redeem for another sandwich.

Great quote right here:

In-N-Out: French fries
Yeah, I said it. These suck. When I-N-O came to my town, I rejoiced like everyone else. Then my joy was replaced by confusion and anger. Texturally, these are just a starch log, they’re either too limp or “well done” or whatever. You’re just eating a white stick of cardboard. Another burger is a much better partner for a Double-Double any day.

If this hag is claiming she doesn't enjoy a 3x3 then she's either a liar or a reetard.
After reading that article, pretty sure this chick hates almost everything in life.

Who was the guy who kept going back to Five Guys every day for weeks and refilling his drink? That was hilarious.
I don't know, but I think sharyridr does this.

Still makes me :lmao: when I think about this thread. And I also :lmao: over Nipsey.

Also, I had In-N-Out's fries again when I went back out to San Diego this spring to visit my brother. They were awful. I have to rescind my defense of those things at this moment. Their burgers weren't very good, either. All in all, I was displeased with the experience given what I remember about In-N-Out being the absolute best.

Had In-and-Out for the first time in probably 8 years or so last week out in Utah. That burger is awesome. Those fries are absolute garbage.
