Flea treatment: Is Seresto any good ? (1 Viewer)

$52 on Amazon. Claims effective for 8 months. Tried pills and they made my dogs lethargic. (Chihuahuas)

Anyone have recommendations ?

I tried: 1 part apple cider vinegar, 1 part Dawn detergent, 2 parts water. Mix together as a shampoo and leave in your dog for at least 5 minutes. If nothing else, your dog's fur will be fluffy soft.

We use Trifexis with great results and no lethargy (although I might pay extra for that side effect some days).  Our vet did mention a new pill on the market that more dogs are able to tolerate...Nexgard I believe.
