I'm looking to purchase a new beard trimmer as well as a foil shaver for my neck.  Should I go separate or is there an good all-in-one.  What brand/models do you recommend?

I've used the Philips BodyGroom for a few years now.  Works in the shower which is a plus for me.  

eta - foil shave isn't razor-close, so if that's important, look elsewhere.  I use a razor about once a week and the foil shaver to keep the stubble down in between

It's not important.  I rarely shave my neck as it is so a little stubble is no biggie.
