Footballs guys have not picked up on the newest craze out there. KR being utilyzed as a position player in fantasy leagues so I will share my week 1 findings.
Only 8 teams utilyzed the same player as both primary KR AND PR. Of the 8 here is the results.
I feel fortunate I drafted Rossum even though I had to waste a roster spot from a normal position player for him. Ranked by yardage. Touches is listed first.
1.Welker Miami 6-153
2.Carr Oakland 6-127
3.Morton Giants 8-123
4.Rossum ATL 6-116
5.Wilkins INDY 5-112
6.Hall KC 7-92
7.Sams Balt 5-75
8.Drummund Det5-48
Best of the rest.
Hester Bears PR Only 5-104 and the only TD
Davis returned the only kickoff Bears received.
Hicks SF had 151 yards on 6 KO returns. Battle had 71 yards on 3 PR for SF.
Pittman TB 5 KR for 124 yards. Jones 5 PR 47 yards for TB.
Everyone else pretty much in the pack. Bush returning punts worth keeping eye on. My league allows normal stats along with return stats if you start them in the KR slot and they actually get return yardage.
Minnisota had Williamson returning kicks and Moore punts. Tradationally strong so worth keeping eye on.
