Forcing Employee to pay back salary (1 Viewer)

Not salary but I had a percentage of commissions paid incorrectly over 6 months "recovered" back to the company. This was during a change in commission calculations made during COVID. I asked for clarification and never received an answer so assumed all was fine...until it wasn't 6 months later.

Any documentation of what a "shift" entails or what the definition of 1.0 FTE would just be in emails/memos/notes etc. Not in any signed document as far as she remembers.

Again, this comes under the heading of RTFC.
