saw him cringing but did not hear what it was.....?
forget my 401k, what happened to McGahee?, how bad is that one?
He went down once and came back in only to go down again right before halftime. at first I was a little worried but it only looked to be a minor upper body injury. McClain is the main backup to Willis and will probably take some of his goal line work, but other than that, if Willis is healthy, he should see 20 carries a game. I'll take the risk with Willis as my RB2 in a offense that looks like it can really move the ball well.Didn't he go down a second time with what looked like a knee or ankle injury?

when they showed McGahee coming back out of the locker room he looked to be breathing pretty delicately and wincing.then his first carry he ran really tentatively... and looked to go down before anyone really hit him. i didn't see the entire second half. did he play? did he look like he was running hard?He went down once and came back in only to go down again right before halftime. at first I was a little worried but it only looked to be a minor upper body injury. He only carried once in the second half. Not going to hunt for the link but in the Carroll County Times writeup after the game he said he got an Xray, everything was fine, and he would be good to go but I'm a little dubious. Two season ago with the Bills he suffered a chest injury which caused him to miss game or two and when he came back they split the carries between him and A-Train. All this talk of a RBBC was pretty much BS but with Willis being limited I could certainly see a RBBC for the next few weeks.BTW-It's one thing or another with this guy. It's getting frustrating. The knee, the eye and now his chest and he's barely even played this year.i didn't see the entire second half. did he play? did he look like he was running hard?

Here is the link:
NOTES: Ravens running back Willis McGahee’s chest was X-rayed, but no fracture was revealed. "I got a little injury, but I’ll be all right," said McGahee, who rushed for 42 yards on 13 carries.. "I took a helmet right on the side. I don’t know what’s going on. It was real aggravating. I couldn’t move at some point, but I will be ready." McGahee said that his eye injury wasn’t a factor. "It looks bad, but it’s not bothering me," he said

I don't know what game you were watching but Mcgahee was just getting started when he got clobbered by a helmet to his chest.McClain looks good too but don't fool yourself. McGahee will be this teams workhorse once he is in game shape in the next 2 weeks. MClain is a tough runner but a slower version of Natrone Means IMO. With this team I think we can see they will run run run. So 35 carries between them is what I envision with McGahee getting at least 20 plus touches between the running and passing game.he looks terrible... this McClain guy is taking off; hes going to claim the job if he didn't already.
Maybe McGahee is just out of shape. Maybe he was just getting started, but McClain had a 3.9 YPC with a long run of 11 against Willis' 3.2 and long run of 12. So it's not like a long run is inflating either number. The guy has amazing feet for a big guy. Rumors of McGahee being a head case and possibly being brittle may make the guy expendable despite having more talent....I don't know what game you were watching but Mcgahee was just getting started when he got clobbered by a helmet to his chest.McClain looks good too but don't fool yourself. Willis McGahee - RB - Ravens Ravens coach John Harbaugh said RB Willis McGahee's ribs are the only serious injury concern for Sunday's game against Tennessee. Harbaugh offered no details, saying only, "We think he's going to be OK. We'll just have to see how the rib goes this week." McGahee was limited to just one carry in the second half Monday night before suffering the injury and walking off with assistance. He's likely to split carries with LeRon McClain if he does suit up against the Titans bruising defense. Seek other options this week. Sep. 30 - 5:05 p.m. ET Source: Baltimore Sun
