Future Hall of Famer - name 1 early (1 Viewer)

Footballguy
(just to clarify: not someone who only had a less than 3 year career.)

What player have you recognized greatness from who has only been in the league a max of 3 years at this point? Consider it like a FBG 2011 time capsule. We can crack this thread open in 12-15 years and see how it turned out.

I like Suh, but I'm biased.

My guy is disqualified by a year but I think Jake Long will end up as.one of the alltime great tackles.

Dez Bryant comes to mind first, assuming they start letting WR's into the HOF again. Since QB's have an easier time gaining entry, I'll take Stafford.

I think in the long run, Tony Romo will end up in the hall.
The criteria was 3 years in the league or less.Fun topic....If I had to go with just one name right now it would have to be Suh. Gronkowski is certainly off to a good start and could be a stud for the next decade.

Clay Matthews until he fails a PED test
 HOF bloodlines.
He has had a remarkable weight gain from 165 lbs as a junior in high school to 225 lbs as a red shirt freshman at USC. Sixty pounds of muscle mass added in three years rising to a 81 lb gain by his final year at USC when his weight was 246 lbs. Once they start testing for HGH this may be put to rest one way or the other.

I think Suh is the easiest choice. He was dominating his position since his first week in the league.

Coincidentally, he has the same forehead and jaw as every dude in the WWE.

I'm not following your math here. How much weight did Suh gain from the time he was 16 until he was 20?

BJ Raji might. He's become as big a force as anyone in that world championship defense. He plays end, nose, whatever. He's a beast. And he's already got the ring. Something Suh will probably never have in Detroit.

Suh is going to end up banned from the NFL after causing the first on field death of another player, and subsequently banned from the hall.

Suh looks like the most obvious candidate. After that, I would put Matthews in the likely category and Stafford in the if he can stay healthy and win a championship category. Maclin and Raji might also be a longer shot possibilities.

Adrian Peterson. Duh!!!

Doh he's been in longer than 3

B.J. Raji is my choice. As noted, he has a ring already and has been an absolute beast at NT. His INT for a TD in the NFC championship game is one of those memorable plays that always seems to help a candidate as well.

My sleeper: Jason Pierre-Paul :: Pierre-Paul has a really good chance. He has looked like an animal so far this year and every time he steps on the field he is exponentially better than his last time on the field. With his physical skill set his ceiling is unbelievably high. Right now he is tied for first in sacks in the NFL and I wouldn't be shocked if he comes out of this season as one of the best end rushers in the game right now.

LeSean McCoy: He might be the best running back in football right now. Being a Giants homer I end up watching most of the philly games as well and after last season I felt like he was going to just explode this year. So far it seems the case. He is unbelievably elusive in space, his speed is second only to Chris Johnson's and he can break tackles on top of all the other talents. This kid is simply a machine.
