***Game Thread*** Buffalo at Las Vegas +3 (53) (1 Viewer)

Man, I hate seeing how teams can get so open downfield against us -- no excuse on that TD as Raiders were in man coverage.

Let's see if Carr & Co. can respond.

Ingold had super solid hands. But a bad call handing off direct on 3rd and 1 with the Bills crowding the line reading run all the way. Should have been a PA TE pull.

Carlson nails the FG, 7-3 Bills.

How so? Solid D for a bit, and were 10-6 last year.

ETA: Also playoffs in 2 of the last four years.
For the past 10+ years, the Bills offense has been an old-school "grind it out with the running game" type of team.  The defense has generally been very stout.  In other words, a team build to win 16-10 type games.

Now all of the suddent we're throwing it all over the field, putting up TDs all over the place, but can't stop anybody.

It's night and day compared to what us Bills fans are used to.

Makes sense. Comment was about both sides of the ball, and it's not like the ground and pound wasn't working the last 4 years or so. Still, exciting to watch Allen.

I do wish the Raiders were able to show some change on their end -- specifically stopping the offense on 3rd down. Been our bugaboo for decades.

On offence, rare to see the Bills air it out deep on 3rd and short. Even rarer to hit it.

On D they have been near the top of the league for about 5 of the last 7 years...with the exception of when Rex Ryan tried to get them to play “his” D. This year they have struggled greatly compared to what Bills fans are used to seeing.

You shouldn't have to praise your QB for this, but Allen is doing a good job of just throwing the ball away when nothing is there today.

Also, Beasley with a "Don Beebe landing on his head" catch there.

Man, I can't wait till the next time we play @LV.  That stadium looks awesome and I haven't been to Vegas in quite a while.  I should count myself lucky that missing this game is the worst covid-related thing that's happened to me I guess.

I do have high expectations of the defense, yeah.  The regression this year has been astounding.
Well has it been because Bills are playing ahead and other teams have to throw a lot to catch up? Bills are 3-0 and have only given up 3 pts so far in this game.

The Bills basically didn't stop the Rams once in the second half last week, and haven't done jack #### against the Raiders yet today..  It's a worrying sign.

That guy needs to go look up Elways start to his career. This Allen seems very much like Elway.

Cheap shot on Allen as he was in the grasp going down and had just gotten rid of the ball. May have been a one-two thing in real time, but not a necessary hit.

He was shaking the hand on the ball that was tipped on first down I think. Wonder if he hit it on a helmet or something

Old man Witten with the clutch score before the half.

Could be Raiders 20-17, I'll settle with 17-13 at the half and getting the ball back to start the 3rd.
