Locker looks terrible so far.

Not that bad from what I'm seeing...short dump and screen passes that have been effective. Skelton's been brutal, good zip, but always throwing into crowded situations and got picked early.

Arizona's o-line is terrible...beanie and Ryan can't get any holes and Skelton is always under pressure

Also, decent pass play opened up run to let CJ get 8 yards on the next play. CJ's looking just ok....two 8-10 yard runs that I've seen - everything else just 1-3 yards then stuffed. Only one reception that I've seen...

Locker hits nate washington on a drag route for the touchdown.

The throw itself didn't appear great but he did a good job of standing tall in the pocket with heavy pressure around him.

Locker with a 10-yard or so pass to Nate Washington who then ran in for TD. Good decision making by Locker and sharp pass, but hasn't executed any long throws yet

I'm liking locker as a backup qb. He just makes things happen, even if he doesn't make it look pretty all the time,

My impressions so far:

Locker: good decision making and has been sharp on 15 yard or shorter passes. Looking good but no where near elite.

Skelton: All very sharp throws and some longer strikes, but hampered by some bad decision making (throwing into crowds and taking sacks) and lack of any protection from oline

I can't believe I almost traded for him this offseason. The Cards are going to be awful.

Locker with pretty decent long throw...pump fake and all...a little inaccurate, but probably his most impressive throw thus far. cJ gets pummeled in the backfield on the play after...

That was definitely a career ending injury. I hope the surgery goes well and he can walk again.

Right after Kolb gets sacked BOTH arizona tackles get beat and he has to throw it away into the flat as he gets sandwiched.

Next play one of the titans LBs torepedoes a screen play and blows it up.

These guys can't block anybody.

CJ not looking impressive....i don't have the stats in front of me but I'd guess he's 10-12 touches for 30 yards or so. Only targeted once on pass that I saw...but then again, they haven't played Ringer yet so Titans don't seem you worried about it yet

Yeah, but Skelton has looked better with same line. Locker overthrows 25 yard pass pretty egregiously....
