Game thread: Packers vs. Bears (1 Viewer)

Would be nice to see a Lions win against SF for this division
Umm...why?Are you the HUCKs of the NFC North?
I would just like to follow a knock down drag out race in this division - and would like to see if the Lions can respond to the pressure. They are an up and coming exciting team going against the Packers mystic - it would be a good story to follow for 2012/2013. Plus I need to have a good reason to watch Thanksgiving morning football - that game against Texans would be a good one if they are in a battle against the Packers. This weekends game against SF will be a gauge to see if the Lions have matured/improved from last year - with the loss to SF and the losses against the Packers last year being the marquee losses that told me they were not quite ready for prime time.As a Packer fan - how do you see a Lion win against SF?
Meh...Id rather the Packers run away with it and let me relax towards the end of the year (while not going into total cruise control and keeping hungry). How would I see a Lion win against SF...this early in the season...I don't feel much at all.Later in the year...if the Lions are behind by enough in the standings and SF and GB are close...I pull for the Lions. But its not about the Lions there, its about any team that could help GB in securing home games (unless its Atlanta...I kind of like the Packers playing in that dome right now :) )

"Maybe we're not as good as we thought we were," linebacker Brian Urlacher said. "We've got a long ways to go."
Ironcially, I think by "we" he means "the offensive line". Cutler was getting pressured/sacked when the Pack was only rushing 3. I'm not quite sure how Jamarcus Webb didn't, at anytime, burst into flames.

Combined games of QB rating under 50 since 2009 for Peyton/Brady/Brees/Big Ben/Eli/Rivers/Romo/Vick/Ryan/Schaub/Rodgers: 9.

Cutler alone? 9.

Sadly, like 6 of those are against the Packers. I think Dom Capers must have pictures of Jamarcus Webb doing something highly unsavory - either that or Clay Matthews does.
