don't know what he was expecting...it did hit him squarely in the face mask though, so perhaps you are correct.

Welker was in mid-air when it bounced off his face, so I have a feeling he did know it was coming. I think he misjudged how high the throw was.

Wouldn't be surprised to see another NE Super Bowl visit. Ridley looks good. The O-Line is monster as always. Definitely beefed up the D through the draft. We've got those two monster TE's, Lloyd - Welker. I like.
